Pes Sup Pak Mat Pulau Pisang is an exclusive product that lets you enjoy the authentic flavour of our warung's soup right at home. Made from the same blend of selected authentic spices used to cook our delicious soups at the warung every day.

Every 180g pack contains a precisely measured, processed and ready-to-use spice blend. Simply add your choice of meat or fish, water and fresh ingredients to produce a soup that matches the taste of our warung.

How to Use

Prepare Ingredients Cut beef or fish fillet to preferred sizes. Prepare shallots, ginger and water as needed.

Sauté the Paste Heat a little oil, sauté the soup paste for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and the oil separates.

Add Meat or Fish Add the beef or fish, stir well to combine with the paste for 1–2 minutes.

Add Water & Simmer Pour in enough water, bring to a boil then reduce the heat. Cook until the meat or fish is tender (20–30 minutes).

Serve Serve hot with fresh garnish — coriander leaves, red chilli, calamansi lime and crispy fried shallots. Enjoy!
